Thank You!
I say this every year, but this year in particular I have to say it:
You're the best people on Free Republic.
It's always my pleasure to meet with you every week, to laugh with you, to pray with you in some cases and to take a break from what's going on in the world around us.
I hardly ever take this show seriously. It's this thread and all the friends gathered on it that are important to me.
For God is my witness, how greatly I long for
you all with the affection of Jesus Christ ~ Phillipians 1:8
My favorite verse.
Until we all meet here again next year (Lord willing), may He bless you, protect you and provide for you in unexpected and wonderful ways.
Take care,
Jonny

I’m glad Kris won. He was versatile. Tonight when Adam just sang, I did think wow he does have an amazing voice, then he goes and screams. If he would just sing it straight more often I would like him so much better!!!!
Great thread once again jonny. :) You are the best....silent one you are.

I meant to post this before but I kept forgetting.

No, thank YOU, Jonny, for yet another great thread. God Bless.

LOL, we have such different tastes. I voted for Miss Johnson on DWTS and Mr. Allen on AI. Let me guess... you wanted Annie to win on Celebrity Apprentice.

Jonny, here's a pic of Gilles Marini, the guy from Dancing With The Stars. He had all the ladies' hearts palpitating this season. I know he won't do anything for you, but thought you'd at least like to know what he looks like. He is 100% straight, married with two kids. Very manly. He was in the French army before going into modeling and acting. He was in the "Sex And The City" movie before going on DWTS.
Now if Idol can only find a manly guy with a great voice who is this good-looking, I'll be happy.

Excellent. For those who care about those who care.

A manly guy would have hair on his chest. He looks waxed.

Don't vote in any of these viewer vote shows either. As a 100% straight girly female, I'm attracted to good-looking guys. Gilles should have won DWTS, but Mark Ballas does great choreography and that's what pulled the gymnast to the win. In my opinion, of course. :)

I have no “hatred” for Kris.
I just don’t think he is as talented.

First of all, I have no idea if he actually is a homosexual.
I have never seen him have “anal intercourse” as you have mentioned.
I have seen him SING. Which is ALL you have seen him do.
You GUESS about the rest.
What a pity.
.... Content of a man’s character... that’s all that matters.

He's not my type. Maybe because you live on the west coast and you see a lot of men like that, it grows on you?
I have two cousins that were body builders and competed and I worked with a couple of body builders. Just not my type of thing. I don't like bulging veins. Weird I know, but it grosses me out.

A manly guy would have hair on his chest. He looks waxed.Good grief! Picky, picky, picky. :)
That's one of his modeling portfolio photos. Men and women models must have hair-free bodies these days. Like Tom Selleck's early career, that's how Gilles got his start. He is now a successful actor.

Thank you so much for the thread. I look forward to next year.

There are pics of him kissing other men and dressing in drag. You don’t have to be Einstein to figure out his sexual orientation.
To: NinoFan
LOL, and I suspect right on the money.
