The dims must be amassing on it, he’s up to 54%.

As soon as it gets to 51% for D or above MSNBC will run a tease that the majority of the country give Obama a passing grade. Use it as a lead in on a story and not mention the fact that a large majority give him a below average or failing grade. Then the poll disappears into who knows where.
