I usually right mouse click on the photos in question and review the propertes, in this case both photos came from Foxnews and also have "bong" also in the title. So I assume that Foxnews is correct.
(But at FR you never know what freepers will post~~~~~for example, how many New Orleans looter guy photos have we seen?)

They tried quasi-legalization in AK some years ago, it try scumbags from all over the world. Gang activity got started in Anchorage behind the liberal grow laws put in place by a Libertarian governor. It also made AK a haven for other types of criminal activity.
