OMAHA, Neb. A man who tried to mellow out his cat by stuffing her into a homemade bong is facing criminal chargesand catcalls from animal lovers. Authorities cited a 20-year-old man on suspicion of animal cruelty Sunday after catching him smoking marijuana from a contraption that had a cat stuffed inside its 12-inch by 6-inch base.

If the cat was too hyper, he should have used the government-approved technique, and given the cat some of his Ritalin.

The irony of you posting deriding comments on those who would rather legalize drugs.
They tried quasi-legalization in AK some years ago, it try scumbags from all over the world. Gang activity got started in Anchorage behind the liberal grow laws put in place by a Libertarian governor. It also made AK a haven for other types of criminal activity.
