Great music posted yesterday.

I listened to several while cleaning in Marissa’s room. Made the job easier. :)

Hope you are having a Warm Fuzzy Wednesday.

Ahhhh, strawberry jam - almost as good as your Tom T. Hall’s “Strawberry Wine” yesterday. :)

“I Wonder” This really touches my heart...

I know. :( Mine, too. I watched her sing it the first time live and really choked up as she did.

That was one of my favorite songs when I was a kid. My high school cousin was in a trio and that was their “signature” song...and they did it much better than Ann-Margaret.

Hope you enjoyed the toast and jam!
For me, I buy strawberry jelly! Delicious!
Tried the sugar free...gagged...threw away!

When my son was little, I took him and a couple of his cousins to see Jungle Book. I enjoyed it as much as the boys did. :)

I’m going to post another YouTube later ... that is the one that Marissa’s dance class used for her recital. I wish she was still taking dance. One more thing for me to do. LOL

Hope you are enjoying Music Week at Amy’s. Have a Warm Fuzzy Wednesday.

Thanks, jaycee. I’m not sure about Debbie Reynolds singing it and didn’t even know Ann Margret did, but it’s so cute I can’t get it out of my head. :)

LOL! Thank you, Lori - and stay tuned for more fun, silly tunes throughout the day. I don’t know how Amy thought of all these “warm fuzzy or silly” songs but she just kept on and kept on sending ‘em for coversion to mp3’s! LOL!

Across the alley from the Alamo
Lived a pinto pony and a Navajo
Who sang a sort of Indian “Hi-de-ho”
To the people passin’ by

The pinto spent his time a-swishin’ flies
And the Navajo watched the lazy skies
And very rarely did they ever rest their eyes
On the people passin’ by

One day, they went a walkin’ along the railroad track
They were swishin’ not a-lookin’ Toot! Toot!, they never came back

Oh, across the alley from the Alamo
When the summer sun decides to settle low
A fly sings an Indian “Hi-de-ho”
To the people passing by

Across the alley from the Alamo
Lived a pinto pony and a Navajo
Who used to bake frijoles in cornmeal dough
For the people passing by

They thought that they would make some easy bucks
By washin’ their frijoles in Duz and Lux,
A pair of very conscientious clucks
To the people passin’ by

Then they took this cheap vacation, their shoes were polished bright
No, they never heard the whistle, Toot! Toot! they’re clear out of sight

Oh, across the alley from the Alamo
When the starlight beams its tender glow
The beams go to sleep and then there ain’t no dough
For the people passin’ by

One day, they went a walkin’ along the railroad track
They were swishin’ not a-lookin’ Toot! Toot!, they never came back

Oh, across the alley from the Alamo
When the summer sun decides to settle low
A fly sings an Indian “Hi-de-ho”
To the people passin’ by

Across the alley from the Alamo
