Even when I don't get online over the weekend, on Mondays I always like to check the weekend openings and posts. :)
Thanks to all who commented on the Friday and Saturday openings, and special thanks to Meg for another beautiful, spiritual Sunday opening and posts throughout the thread.
Looking foward to a new week at Amy's - STAY, Spring, STAY! :)

Billie, Thank you for another Wonderful Opening Graphic with music and lyrics.
Anything by Taylor Hicks is always great.
Thank you for the many fun, cute, lovely graphics that you provide.
Have a Marvelous Monday.

Oh, how pretty! New frame in PSP? :)
Thank you, Amy - I hope that our readers will give a listen to this song - it's a little sad, but really shows off the softer side of Taylor's voice, and Jaycee, this is an exclusive track on his new CD, if purchased at Target only! The rest of the 11 tracks are awesome!

Good morning, Rus. Happy Monday.
Thank you for again lifting our spirits this morning.
We appreciate your daily contributions.
Wishing you a Wonderful Week.

Billie, come one! That’s a sweet helpless little baby parrot looking forward to life on earth, who with a little love and prayer will live a promising life free of torment. Give it a break!

Billie and Amy, what a powerful song by Taylor. I read the words as he sang and had a tear or two. Don’t think I have ever heard him sing a song similar to that one...wow, leaves one thinking, doesn’t it? Thanks, the picture is perfect for those words!

I just posted but I am going to try to get the C.D. this week! The other posts gave my thoughts about him clearly. I bet you have the words memorized by now...LOL!

I know. Actually, there aren’t any baby birds that are very pretty until they get their feathers. But I don’t wish any of them any harm. I’ve watched in awe as birds build their nests in our trees (and one on our wreath on the front door!), to the first hatching, to the first shaky flight of a baby as it leaves the nest.

But, L.J., I will have to agree, its ugleeee! Now I know where “only a Mother could love” came from...heh.heh!

I said 'God it hurts' And God said 'I Know' I said 'God I cry alot' And God said 'That's why I gave you tears' I said 'God I get so depressed' And God said 'That why I gave you sunshine' I said god I feel Alone' And god said 'That's why I gave you loved ones' I said 'god my loved one is dead' And God said'I watched mine nailed to the cross' I said God 'Where are they? ' And God said 'Mine is on my right and yours is in the light. I said 'God it hurts' And God said 'I know'

Going upstairs to get cleaned up, be back later.
One of my sons was sick during the night and had to go to the Emergency Room and I’ve been worried. He is okay but has to go to the doctor at 1:30.

Watching birds like you do, you are sure to be impressed by the God’s miracle of life and see the beauty in that.

LOL! I don’t have the words memorized to any of the songs. :) But this one really gets to me, because that voice never ceases to amaze me. It literally comes from his heart - anything and everything he sings, he pulls every sound from inside his soul. :)

We had a sparrow fall out of the tree several years ago. We nurtured that naked baby until it grew feathers and was hopping back and forth in a cage....it died though before we could release it to the wild. It was fun to watch it grow feathers and even learn to fly on it’s own in the cage...
