I'm trying to quit or cut down on eating too much chocolate because I'm not supposed to have a lot of caffiene,
I've been good about decaffeinated tea and coffee.
it's chocolate that has me caught.
So I know how hard it is to break a habit.
I’ll have to cut caffeine, wine, chocolate, and several other things when the baby is born, at least for a few months. It’s a nuisance, but at least I’ll be thinner!
If I eat too much chocolate and drink tea, I get nasty palpitations/irregular heartbeat. Since it hurts and scares one to death, I normally only drink tea and have no chocolate.
