I’ll have to cut caffeine, wine, chocolate, and several other things when the baby is born, at least for a few months. It’s a nuisance, but at least I’ll be thinner!
but as for after, like my mother always tells me, It's nort so much what you eat that harms you or causes you to get overweight as how much you eat.
Take smaller portions and you can eat anything even chocolate if you follow that simple rule.,p> now if your doctor tells you to stay away from certian things you should listen to him/her. There will be foods and drinks that will make you sick so do stay away from them. but don't starve yourself.
Actually when I cut out or down on all that when Darkchylde was born, I didn’t really miss it. I was charmed by the new baby and REALLY busy. The boys were 10 and 14 when she was born. That was 24 years ago today. LOL
!!!!
A wise woman in my family (similar to a wiseguy) once said, “Chocolate makes everything better”, and I believe her.
(I should be embarrassed to admit to having chocolate attacks, being a guy and all. KHAAAAAAAN!)
