Question for you....

Assume that Fox had ALL, every single minute of the auditions, LIVE and then also ARCHIVED on its website...would you pay to be able to watch it, and how much? $25, $50, $100?

No. I’m not sure I’d pay to watch anything on tv. But, if I did, I would be more inclined to do so for complete coverage of the full auditions of everyone who makes it to Hollywood. I’d trade all of those for all the crap. I’m thinking of taking up my son’s tradition. He ‘tivo’s the show and then fast forwards though the bad stuff.

I was referring to that show about “Lies” that follows American Idol, that trashed Bush the first week and apparently the military this week, according to someone who actually watched the first weeks crap...NOT American Idol. AI is my mental health break-—since LMAO at the contestants provides far better and cheaper endorphins than going to a psychiatrist ;-)

I love Walmart. I save a fortune there. The employees are kind and helpful. The clientele are just like me—a lot of retired folks and veterans; also lots of lovely young moms
with beautiful children; people of all ages and races.

I don’t know which Walmarts you all are talking about. Here in PA, it’s a godsend to be able to save on all the necessities of life.

With the news that Kelly Clarkson's new single has just gone to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, they published the following updated list of former American Idol contestants who have topped a Billboard chart. Note, however, that not all Billboard charts are created equal in importance, and that most of the lower tier people were never able to head any of the top 6 big charts (Billboard 200, Hot 100, R&B/Hip-Hop, Country, Rock and Top 40/Adult Contemporary). Still, this is a measure of both the individual contestants' success, or lack thereof, and the show's success. So I thought you all might enjoy seeing the list:
