I think we were moved the Smoky Backroom the first time because somebody (or several people) went nuts with the abuse button and the mods threw us back there to get us out of their hair.

It looks like it's going to be a good year on AI. Some of these contestants sound really good so far. On Idol chat they were saying that they won't be doing the Idol Gives Back this year, partly because its time consuming or a lot of work, something like that and because the economy is so bad. I think its because they didn't bring in the money last year that they thought they would.

I just looked at your new sketches and they are really good. They always are! I see you got a letter from President Bush. Which sketch did you send him?

Was it him? Could be. There were two guys frighteningly similar. The one guy not only *looked* like Smeagol, but he SOUNDED just like him. I think he even had the same teeth. My hubby and I were totally cracking up.

I couldn’t understand a single word he sang, but DANG— I bet he could suck down a big ole raw fish with NO PROBLEM! ;^) By the way, what WAS he singing about? Was it, perhaps, something about “filthy hobitses”?

They were getting too predictable. It might be a good thing to bring in some fresh blood and comments. I do hope it doesn't cut into the singing too much though.
