There will be a surprise with the results tomorrow night. Seacrest says it could change the format of the show.

>>Ummmm. lest we forget...urrr...Robert Plant? He set the standard, IMO.
Ian Gillian predated Plant, by only a few years (IIIRC, YMMV).
But yeah, how can anyone forget Plant??
Interestingly, Led Zep got a lot of their sound from muslim music. Remember, there was a time when islam was a source of scholarship and science. But they gave that up and made their religion a gutter religion.

There will be a surprise with the results tomorrow night. Seacrest says it could change the format of the show. Simon says it involves them (the judges), so I'm guessing they'll get to keep or cut whoever they want.Maybe they'll cut one of the judges. Just sayin...

Someone with a DVR can tell you exactly, but Ryan said there is something that will effect the voting that they will announce tomorrow. Then he asked Simon, “Will the audience like it?”
Simon said, “I don’t know. It involves us, the judges. Some people might not like it.” Again, not exact quotes.

Perhaps it will be something like So You Think You Can Dance...where the bottom 4 have a dance off (sing off) and the judges pick who goes from that.

COnsidering all of the special interest groups and ethnic groups involved....and since it is based on votes.....Im gonna say the two straight white guys go. LOL

With Kanye “Bush doesn’t like black people” West?
I’ll pass. I don’t want to watch a racist a-hole “singing” (sing-speaking) bad gangster poetry.
If I want that, I will listen to the new fuhrer’s speeches.

I just found you guys, hello!!! I thought what Simon said about the one kid with the guitar. “You brought your wife out to early” was over the top. Not nice at all.

Correction, those thugs do not sing....they cuss to the beat of a drum as they grab their Johnson.
Man that is REAL talent!/s
To: freedumb2003
Jasmine should go for sure. Cats in heat sounded better than she did tonight...and I just saw the recap.
My guess is that the new twist will be a bottom 2 and the judge decides who goes home instead of the lowest votes.

Adam Lambert: Wow. I don't care what he does in his free time. He was the best male performance of the night. He has an amazing voice, and he's done quite a bit of theater, so he has professional performing skills. I also don't care what he does in his private life. But when he turns on his flaming queen routine, that's a big turn off for me. If he can control that, he's the next American Idol.

They thought they were smarter than me, but I fooled them, all of them... Hmmm...I picture furious hand gestures and maniacal laughter going along with that statement.
To: TonyWpi
I agree that Jasmine should go...and Jorge too.

"Does Steven tyler count as a screamer?"
I don't remember him to be much of a screamer. But I'd say Plant, Daltrey & Gillan were the pioneers.
