Details emerge on Jett Travolta's death

John Travolta, Kelly Preston and their children Jett and Ella Bleu, leave an airport in Rome.

John Travolta's lawyers -- who are close family friends -- reveal that Jett may have died in his father's arms Friday.

Us: How is John doing?

-snip- "John and Kelly are suffering total misery. They were so close to their son. This is hard to accept.

-snip-

Us: Have John and Kelly spent time with anyone since everyone arrived?

Ossi and McDermott: "John and Kelly have been pretty much locked away.

"We are staying here until John leaves. The autopsy should be on Monday.

-snip-

Us: It's been reported that Jett was left alone for several hours before being discovered. Can you clarify the timeline?

Ossi and McDermott: "Jett was not left alone. He had a nanny present at all times. The nanny was sleeping close to Jett's room. There was a baby monitor, a chime on the door so it was known when Jett was going in and out. He was completely supervised. The nanny found him.

Us: Is it true that Jett died in John's arms?

Ossi and McDermott: "Jett may have still been alive when John administered CPR, and then the EMT took over. Jett was pronounced dead at the hospital. I like to believe John had a chance to say goodbye. He may have died in his dad's arms. I am not certain."

Us: It's been said Jett had a history of seizures. How often did he have them?

Ossi and McDermott: "I am not confident to talk about that. I know he had a history, which of course warranted the extra attention."

-snip-

Agreed. And I want you to know....I was so upset with the “”legal”” murder and slow starvation of Terri that I came down sick with the flu for the entire month of April! Between the stress, the anger and emotional downer it put me through, plus I had neglected my own health to be on the pc and to protest that despicable episode in history, I was sicker than I have ever been. To this day I condemn anyone that agreed with that act (mostly rabid leftists...and yes, a few Scientologists too).

That’s ok. They’ll get their just “reward” for their actions some day. That is the ONLY thing I know for sure.

Here is my reply to your little troupe comment.

Less than one month after the infamous Tom Cruise video that started it all...

this is what happened:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcAYOVW7GQA&feature=related

It is actually quite amazing to see what the power of the internet can bring together.

I believe that Anonymous has been instrumental in getting the truth out about Scientology.

I have not joined one of their protests. But I may do so during the next one.

It is not an organization owned by anyone. It is a group of people with a common cause. Did one of them hack into Palin’s email account?
I don’t know the full story...it appears it may be so. But it is not thousands of people in a corporate structure governed by a leader.

One voice has become thousands and perhaps those trapped by the cult can find a way out. I saw an interview with one former cult member..he said he was making 11.00 a week.

Hopefully, Mark Headley’s lawsuit will bust their labor violations wide open.

I will assume that Travolta has been brainwashed...but I hope he is not partaking in any of the money scammed from these poor victims.

RummyChick,
I don't expect you to understand, but those people don't impress me. I would not choose to have anything to do with them.

I would not choose to have anything to do with you. I think your diatribes are disruptive and malicious.

Got it? Probably not.

1.. you are right to an extent.. we do know that according to his parents that they believed he was suffering from kawasaki’s disease.. and according to about a dozen medical opinions and no contrary opinions.. kawasaki disease is extremely rare in kids over 8 and extremely rare to cause seizures..

2.. We know he was on depakote and taken off.. and he was not on any other medication at the time of his death..

3.. treatment for seizures is complex.. would agree with that..

4. Agree with four.. in the pictures he seemed mostly happy.. kinda of a blank stare in last video of him..

5.. would agree special needs kids are not public property.. but believe we as human beings should be watching out for children.. whether they are ours or not.. and we as a collective via governement or other means should especially look into deaths of children.. to make sure the innocent got a fair shake at life..

Oh ,I get it.

Those people, as you call them, are trying to make a difference and expose the cult.

If you had bothered to actually read and understand anything that I had posted you would understand just how evil and powerful this organization is..but you don’t care.

How many organizations have been able to blackmail the IRS?

You haven’t bothered to read about Operation Snow White or Operation Freak out or any number of serious criminal activities by this cult.., if you had..you should be outraged.

You should be outraged that John Travolta had Clinton misuse the State Department.

I have no doubt that the quality of that boy’s life was detrimentally effected because of Scientology.

The problem in this particular case is that this organization is so powerful and so ruthless that people in the government suffer who have crossed swords with them.

Journalists have to edit pictures of protest signs for fear that the wrath of Scientology will come down on them. It is ridiculous.

If an organization like the IRS bows to them..imagine what else they can do. And now, they have their hooks into the Clintons.

true.. but I think they are losing power and money is drying up..

mark headley in his interview said that when he was there ..there were 1200 people working at sea org... now they are down to 400..

and they are building all these new “churches”.. but when you go to them they are all empty..

Apparently, Jett could be audited even in his state because they cleared a few day old baby.

http://www.clambake.org/archive/books/tsos/sos-13.html

“Then came the death lessons.

Miss Hoad told twenty-five of her pupils to “close your eyes. Concentrate. Now imagine you are dying. Imagine you are dead. Now you have turned to dust and ashes. Now imagine you are putting the ashes back inside yourself.” These “death lessons,” as they came to be called, were given behind locked doors with a “Do Not Disturb” sign outside, and the children were told “never think about these lessons after they are over,” which suggested to many that she was warning the children not to tell their parents about it.

Miss Hoad insisted that the lessons were the same as saying “The Lord’s Prayer

One famous, in fact infamous person interested in Scientology that they do not boast about, talk about, or probably even want is Charles Manson, the convicted murderer of Sharon Tate and her friends.

You have to figure that the economy is hitting them hard to ...and they have alot of real esate holdings.

Interesting that so many people have a strong opinion about terry Schiavo..but many seem to have forgotten the Scientology discussion...Xena mentioned something about the Judge being a scientologist..

anyone that followed the Schiavo case know what happened to this:
http://www.sweetliberty.org/bulletins/terri/greer.html

“Several years ago I received a phone call from L. Ron Hubbard’s former son-in-law, who later sent a binder notebook four inches thick, filled with news clippings, court transcripts, etc. detailing criminal activities — including theft of personal property/funds and murder — by leading members of the Church of Scientology. It happened in Florida.”

And what of that even touchier topic, the long-standing speculation that, despite his three-year marriage to 32-year-old actress Kelly Preston, Travolta is gay? Is that annoying too? "I hear those rumors," Travolta says with a good-natured shake of his head, "and I ask myself, 'What's the motivation of people spreading them?'"

Thanks for posting this article and clearing up the gossip that someone is spreading about Travolta on this thread. At a time of tragedy, I find it to be offensive that someone has repeated these rumors several times on this thread. Travolta has been a family man and should be respected for that.

Just because he had special needs, he is NOT public property and public speculation about treatments, diagnoses etc. is a waste of time and insulting to all parents who try to do their best by their children with special needs.

I agree entirely. Hopefully, the Travolta's will never see this thread.

For those that follow the Certifigate of Obama and marvel that no one can seem to make him produce his birth certificate...

Here is another long standing case in the courts that just amazes me and involves the blackmail of the IRS.

http://realitybasedcommunity.net/archive/2008/05/will_sklar_ii_c.php

Judge Wardlaw: “The view of the IRS is it can unconstitutionally violate the Constitution by establishing religion, by treating one religion more favorably than other religions in terms of what is allowed as deductions, and there can never be any judicial review of that?”
IRS (Delsole): “That is not at all what I said.”
Judges Pregerson & Wardlaw (simultaneously): “That’s the bottom line!”
Judge Wardlaw: “This does intrude into the Establishment Clause.”

http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Sklar_v._Commissioner_of_Internal_Revenue_-_Concurrence_by_Judge_Silverman_(2002)

“Why is Scientology training different from all other religious training? We should decline the invitation to answer that question. The sole issue before us is whether the Sklars’ claimed deduction is valid, not whether members of the Church of Scientology have become the IRS’s chosen people.”

So the IRS is acting unconstitutionally and no one can seem to do anything about it.

All because they were blackmailed.

And why should Travolta or any of the other members be able to go to Congress and talk about religous discrimination when the ONLY reason they even have that status is because they strong armed the IRS into agreeing to something that is unconstitutional .

And the conservatives on this thread can’t seem to realize how much control and how much damage this cult does to our own governmental system..let alone it’s members.

How much damage did they do during Operation Snow White. We will never know.

If any of those Scientologists go back to the Hill I am writing in and telephoning and asking these Crooks on the Hill to ask the Scientologists why they are complaining when they are the ones getting preferential treatment in Violation of the US Constitution.

Our US Constitution is getting trashed right and left and no one seems to be able to do anything about it.

It doesn’t clear it up. The Church and Travola are being sued because the plaintiff says they used Travolatas cure of homosexuality as a recruitment tool. He is not the only that has said they have done that.

Amazing how you are so willing to take everything at face value when it comes to Travolta.

How do you explain the spokesperson FLAT OUT LYING about the beliefs of Scientology on CNN..calling the exact thing they believe in “SILLY”.

The church doesn’t discourage conventional medical care, Tom Cruise declared today on The View— “actually, the exact opposite.”

“They say, ‘Get your physical, get your medication, get your physical illnesses handled.’”

Daddy, why were you mixed up with bad people who did things like this? Daddy, why didn’t you stop them.
