I am just lurking these last final days, oh and I’m watching a marathon of my DVD collection, right now I’m doing the fifth season of Hawaii 50. Tomorrow I have this big DVD box set of famous FBI cases that I am going to watch all day.

For some odd reason I had a dream last night that a huge mob of tens of thousands or maybe millions of people all banded together and did a citizens arrest on Obama.

Orly, you got most of what I wrote to you, but you messed up the suggestion I made where I wanted you to say that Obama allegedly requested a copy of his birth record as provided by the Certification of Live Birth (COLB). Obama allegedly made this request sometime un between May and June, 2007. The 2007 COLB that was allegedly sent to Obama at his campaign headquarters, and printed on it was a date stamp of June 6, 2007. This document facsimile has been conclusively proven to be a forged document image, in that the embossed Seal that appears on this facsimile, (and also on the photos allegedly taken of the same document), does not match the real embossed seal found on other genuine COLBs. Obama used this fraudulent facsimile to deceive the American people and the voting public into believing that Obama was a natural-born US citizen,

By creating these frauduent facsimilies amd posting them on the Internet, Obama has in fact, commited felony document fraud at the State level and at the Federal level.

Hawaii's Attorney General should be informed of these crimes immediately, and be requested to serve Obama with a warrant. Likewise, Governor Lingle, Director Fukino of the Department of Health, and Director Onaka of Vital Records and the State Registrar should also be contacted immediately.

On Oct 31, 2008, Directors Fukino and Onaka confirmed that they have personally seen Obama' original birth certificate on record, and they are, therefore, privuy to all of the information it contains.

By posting his COLB facsimile for public viewing, the information that it contains is now a part of the public record. Since Obama released a portion his birth information to the public, they are entitled, under the Freedom of Information Act, to ask Directors Fukino and Onaka if Obama or Obama's designate request and receive this COLB document in June 2007.

The information contained in Obama's Certification of Live Birth was made by Obama to be a part of the public record, and we are requesting. also under FOIA, to know if the information contained in the COLB exactly matches the corresponding information that appears on his original birth certificate on record.

In other words, did Hawaii issue a Certification of Live Birth to Obama, on or about June 6 2007, and does the birth information contained on the COLB accurately match the birth record information on Obama's original birth certificate on record?

Yesterday 1-21-09 Plains Radio learned of a suit being filed in Georgetown, Texas by a woman against the Texas Secretary of State for not verifying that Obama was elgible for POTUS. Dr. Orly Taitz flew down to Texas to serve as the woman’s attorney.
The case is being heard 1-22-09 at the Williamson County
courthouse starting at 9AM.

Some new stuff (to me) on this lawsuit:

5.9. Reports further reflect that Mr. Obama's mother went to Kenya during her pregnancy. Wayne Madsen, Journalist with Online Journal as a contributing writer and published an article on June 9, 2008 stating that a research team went to Mombassa, Kenya, and located a Certificate Registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr. at a Kenya Maternity Hospital, to his father, a Kenyan citizen and his mother, a U.S. citizen.

Where is this Certificate?

5.12. There is even a Canadian Birth Certificate posted on the Internet in the name of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.; however, the date of birth shows to be August 23, 1961.

Per Plains Radio last night; Dr. Orly (attorney) and her client, Jody, were not allowed a hearing in Georgetown Tx. They were dismissed in 3 minutes. The judge was rude, calling Dr. Orly ‘that woman’ and informing the lawyers for the defense, ‘I’ll take care of this in three minutes’.
Dr. Orly filed a suit against the judge.
Dr. Orly will be on Plains Radio Saturday with Chalice to discuss her Texas adventure.

The Wayne Madsen site was no longer valid by October 2008.
The Canadian birth cerificate was a hoax/joke posted online. The birth certificate (about the size of a driver’s license) showed that it was a Province of Ontario birth certificate detailing a birth in British Columbia and it was signed by Dudley Doright.
