Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.
No birth certificate.
No marriage certificate.
No Notice of Motion
No Proof of Services are missing
There is nothing else in the copy of the divorce decree. The use of Stanley's maiden name (or initial) in a divorce proceeding is SOP, as I know from my own divorce.

The documents were filed with the Hawaii Court all at the same time, including exhibits, marriage license and Obama's birth certifcate, and all of which were numbered by the clerk who filed the documents in the Court.
In Hawaii, neither the marriage licenses or birth certificates have ever been public record. In divorce proceedings, children's birth certificates and the parties marriage licenses are typically filed as are the Notice of Motion and Proof of Service
Berg's PI obtained a copy of the entire file, and these documents have likely been removed, as is done in other court proceedings where exhibits are filed -- It is SOP to destroy them after so much time.
But not the Notice of Motion and the Proof of Services. They would be left in there.

It appears that Soetoro became an Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro was approximately four (4) years old his parents divorced and thereafter, Soetoro’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia.
Evidence points to the fact that Lolo Soetoro either signed a government form legally “acknowledging” Soetoro as his son or “adopted” Soetoro, either of which changed any citizenship status Soetoro had to a “natural” citizen of Indonesia.

All Indonesian students were required to carry government identity cards or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, as well as family card identification called a Kartu Keluarga. The Kartu Keluarga is a family card which bears the legal names and citizenship status of al family members.

Soetoro was registered in a public school as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro and his father was listed as Lolo Soetoro, M.A.
Indonesia did not allow foreign students to attend their public schools in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child was registered for a public school, their name and citizenship status was verified through the Indonesian Government. Se Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang- Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Chapter 13, Law No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of Indonesia have a right to education).
The school record, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”, indicates that Soetoro’s name is “Barry Soetoro;” his nationality is “Indonesia;” and his religion as “Islam”.
There was no way for Soetoro to have attended school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian citizen, as Indonesia was under tight rule and was a Police State. Se Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958.
These facts indicate that Soetoro is an
Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not eligible to be President of the United States.

Under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in this case Soetoro, an Indonesian State citizen. Constitution of Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958 concerning Immigration Affairs and Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata) (KUHPer) (Burgerlijk Wetboek voor Indonesie).

Furthermore, under the Indonesian adoption law, once an Indonesian citizen adopts a child, the adoption severs the child’s relationship to the birth parents, and the adopted child is given the same status as a natural child and the child takes the name of his step-father, in this case, Soetoro. Well, GB wouldn’t over this. He blew a gasket (somewhere else-guessing the one’s around eyeballs remained intact)over a caller 1st thing after election bringing up “the birth certificate”.
Today he once again tried to put himself in the squishy “60-70%”, as he ref’d it, that don’t rep the “5-10%” at either end of the political spectrum. I’d contend to Mr. Beck the rad left is more like 20-25%. The nefarious right he might be ref’g might be 1-2%: skinheads in various institutions and KKK-types (though they are often libertarians aren’t they)and, well, I just don’t know...maybe more schitzo libertarians who love Jeff Rense. If I thought real hard I could come up with a couple percent that might make to 4-5% that MIGHT correspond in ‘radicalness’ (if you will) on right end that more-like-a-quarter-of-the-adult-populace comes close to that ‘radicalness’ on left.
Yesterday he made clear he can’t think that Clinton could have bombed an aspirin factory to take Lewinsky off the front pages. I suppose he can’t believe either that ML told Linda Tripp she feared for her life on the affair, nor that Tripp would know why she so feared. Then there’s Ron Brown (lot of innocents on that one,Beck), Vince Foster, Mena...list goes on.
You just can’t get to where Beck is (fairly quickly, relatively young) by thinking Clinton so murderous. Limbaugh, at least, believes Foster murdered. I doubt Beck can ever drop his bright-eyed bushy-tailed forgiving Evangelical stuff. He’s styling for office if you asked me. Well, he’s got kids and its SOOO hard to explain. Hannity is not unlike Beck but is tougher on the enemy. Beck can just drive me NUTS with his ‘good nature’.
He’s doing very well on the economy- how bleak it is, so I listen.
