Ed Hale of Plains Radio Network will be releasing in his radio show chat room at http://www.plainsradio.com/chat1.html tomorrow night around 6 pm central time, a certified copy of the divorce papers of Barrack Husein Obama Senior & Stanley Ann Dunham. The document is believed to show Barrack Obama Junior's place of birth. I have heard that it will show that place to be in Kenya. The document obtained from a private investigator in Hawaii will be available for viewing on the Plains Radio Network website.

Oh..., that’s the same argument that I was using before the election. But, afterwards, I found out I was “overruled” by a large majority of the voting public... ooops...
Now, the problem here is that I don’t know what he’s hiding, actually. It could very well be that his father is Malcolm X and he doesn’t want that to be known. And it’s questionable as to whether adoption records and/or one’s original father should be known by the public. I don’t know about that one, actually.
And, if I were to consider all possibilities, it’s also possible that he’s hiding nothing at all. He may simply want that private (in that it may not pertain to qualifications per the Constitution).
I’m reminded of the saying by some who say that you should talk to the police if you have nothing to hide. I was looking at a video of a law professor who said you should *never* talk to the police (and he explained in great detail all the reasons why), even if you have nothing to hide. A police investigator (at the same seminar) agreed with that... LOL..
So, what I’m saying here is that, as an outside possibility, it’s even conceivable that there is nothing to hide, simply because one doesn’t “have to” disclose some information. Apparently Obama may feel that way (but I don’t know for sure). And that’s the problem — which is that I simply don’t know and neither does anyone else know. And there is no requirement by any court to provide anything additional, other than what he has done already.

Oh, and concerning that amount of money that he’s spent — that’s another thing that I’ve tried to find some original documentation for — and I simply can’t find it. Oh..., I find many making “statements” of how much he’s spent, but I can’t find anyone documenting it. The documentation doesn’t seem to exist (like so much other of this stuff). In fact, the “numbers” for how much Obama has spent has “grown” and “grown” and “grown” — inexplicably (and without anyone providing any further documentation for the growing numbers, either). So, it seems to be whatever number you want to use — you’re free to put it down, because no one knows... LOL...

While he’s at it, 0bama should show his college transcripts. Besides poor grades from smoking too much pot, the transcripts may also show “nationality.”

You know that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court does not have to administer the Oath of Office. That’s simply a “tradition” and not required by the Constitution. All it would require would be for someone else to administer it...
It’s not like someone would violate the Constitution if the Chief Justice did not do it.

Actually, if I figure these Chief Justices right, they wouldn’t do such a thing without saying first, what they were going to do and let the officials know that they wouldn’t do it, unless they were provided with the information that he wanted.
HOWEVER, that would be something that the Chief Justice would have to do “personally” and not on behalf of his office, because he would have no Constitutional mandate or requirement to do such a thing (i.e., demand documentation, at the point of giving the oath of office).
It’s like you think these Chief Justices and/or other Justices are “cowboys” and shoot from the hip. That’s not how they get to the Supreme Court... :-)

I mean that anyone should be able to go in and look at the court file...or in this case...I guess the clerk would have to go dig it up somewhere. I don’t know if there is a fee to just look at the document.
If the case wasn’t sealed a Freeper from hawaii should be able to go look at it. Unless Hawaii’s laws are different.
Are there any Freepers with the desire to go look. There was one black poster who I think lived in hawaii that was posting about this topic. I only mention his race because it might help identify him. I can’t remember his ID.

I would imagine that the USSC could compel production of the birth certificate.
But they haven’t. And I’m tired of all the bleating that production is “required”. It has never been required, it isn’t required now, and until requested by competent authority, Obama isn’t “refusing to produce it”, either.
