Ed Hale of Plains Radio Network will be releasing in his radio show chat room at http://www.plainsradio.com/chat1.html tomorrow night around 6 pm central time, a certified copy of the divorce papers of Barrack Husein Obama Senior & Stanley Ann Dunham. The document is believed to show Barrack Obama Junior's place of birth. I have heard that it will show that place to be in Kenya. The document obtained from a private investigator in Hawaii will be available for viewing on the Plains Radio Network website.

First of all, you’ve got an assumption that Obama is committing fraud. That’s the very thing that people are *trying* to prove and have been unable to do so, thus far. So, you’re stepping ahead of any proof that is out there.
And, mind you, that’s why all this stuff about this “issue” of Obama being qualified (or rather, “not qualified”) is not getting to far. It has no proof. I’m reminded, though of ole “Chief Editor Korir” (of API, African Press International) who kept telling everyone that “release of the Michelle Obama tape” was next week, or right around the corner, or in consultation with the lawyers. It was always tomorrow, or the day-after-tomorrow, or next week. It simply never happened.
And it’s the same way with a lot of these allegations that I’ve seen about Obama — it’s always “almost there”, it’s coming next week, this will prove the case, we’ll get him on this one... and so on and so forth.
Are you sure that Chief Editor Korir isn’t posting all these things here... LOL...

And, as for me, no, it’s not that I don’t like these threads (although I know you addressed this to someone else), it’s that they’re so much fun in that hardly anyone has a “connection with reality” in this issue. It’s like we’re in the “Twilight Zone” or something. It’s too amazing..., actually...
And that has nothing to do with supporting the Constitution. In fact, I support the Constitution in the fact that one is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I would think that others would support that same Constitutional principle here, too... :-)

Having handled a lot of divorces here in SC since the 80's, if the divorce is obtained in the state of SC, the divorce papers will mention Child A, date of birth, born in whatever state, if the state was other than SC. This is not uncommon at all if the child was born somewhere else other than the state where the divorce proceedings are.

I know very well what some FReepers are saying in that regard. What they don’t get is that he doesn’t have to show or tell or prove any more than he has done already.
I also know that these same FReepers consider what he has said or shown to be insufficient or inadequate or fake (and the list is long...). But, still, they have not been able to show a crime, have not been able to “make a case” in court (in regards to preventing Obama from taking office or to be able to remove him from office, if he’s there).
That’s what some FReepers don’t get.
And that’s exactly why I’ve pointed out the the system that we have for vetting a Presidential Candidate is defective, precisely because Obama does not have to do what you say you want him to do.
That’s why state laws are needed to explicitly state what is needed to be done to prove one’s qualifications for President of the United States. The system is broken. It’s time to fix it...

I think that petitions for divorce always state the names, birth dates, places of birth, and current residence of all children born or adopted into the union.
Of course since Stanley and Sr. had an illegitimate marriage to begin with... I kinda wonder if they ever had a legitimate divorce decree.
Conversely, why would someone spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not more, to keep hidden a document that would be available for ten dollars? If there is nothing to hide, why would someone spend all of this money keeping this document hidden? Once again, if you follow the money you usually get to the truth of the matter.

The Supreme Court does not whine.
If they want to see this BC. Then guess what? Gov. Lingle will drop everything and deliver it personally to them.

I'd LOVE TO see Obama take this approach with Justice Roberts and the others at SCOTUS.

Again, this isn’t proof of anything until it is confirmed, but it appears that the divorce papers may give Obama’s place of birth as Kenya.
We would need to see a hard copy of the divorce papers, and confirmation by somebody trustworthy. But I certainly think this is POSSIBLE.
After all, no question that Obama has been hiding something very serious, or he would have released his birth certificate long since.
So, let’s see what happens, eh?
