I’m a lawyer.
When someone is asked a material question (not necessarily having been sworn) and an average or normal person under the circumstances would reply—or deny—but the person says nothing, that silence could be introduced as a “tacit admission”.
Obama is wasting the time of the Supreme Court of the United States—you or I could, and I think would have said long before now, “Here’s authentic proof that I’m a natural born citizen.”
For those who say, `Time to move on, he won,’ et cetera:
1.) I will not consider acknowledging his election until he proves his qualification for the office. He is illegitimate until then.
2.) Those who think this is a waste of time can move on to another thread, we will fight for the Constitution and carry your weight, but stay out of our path.
Nice post rocco.

Maybe so. But it will be different to be on the side that gets to say i told you so. These numbnuts can say whatever they want, but the conservative press will crush them with the thousands of items, lawsuits, and reports that won’t be so easy to dismiss then, like they are now.

Whenever i looked at photos posted by FReepers comparing Odumbo to both Obama Sr and F. Marshall, I thought he looked like NEITHER of them.

I dont mind speculating, because in the absence of him producing his real BC, he leaves the questions wide open.

Yes, he DOES look like X, and here is a little reading I found yesterday. i havent done more than skim it, but you may find it of interest.

http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/10/how-could-stanl.html

And as a P.S., if he WAS X’s offspring, it would certainly explain why he was always being introduced to the characters he encountered: Marshall, Ayers, Wright, and why he had a wealthy Arab pay for his education, has concealed his records, was made the editor of Law Review, got into Hahvard to begin with...let’s face it, he has led a “radically” charmed life.

Yep, if you're hindering us, you're helping the enemy.

You are quite possibly the last person to carry my weight, unless you can also carry forty pounds of IBA, fifty pounds of gear and a base load of ammo and a rifle.

You and a squad of Internet Rambo's like you couldn't carry the weight I and a hundred thousand others have.

I have been wondering if all this blank slate about Oprah’s Choice is an unintended effect of that law in the form of some education amendment put forward years ago by former Sen. (and Judge) James Buckley, R-NY (the brother of William F. Buckley), who was defeated by Pat Moynihan in 1976. Maybe that Buckley Amendment was bad policy after all.

Maybe a new kind of his promised “transparency.” You can’t see it.

Why in the world would you think there will be a revolt against Oprah’s Choice in 2010. I wouldn’t think the American people would tire of him that soon. There still a certain fascination with the clintoids after sixteen years. The Americzn people are the ultimate in “slow learners.”

One doesn’t have to be anyone important or know anything to be the choice of the American people.

The American people just want “democracy”, and I think they are going to get a big dose of it.

I’m pretty sure Harvard doesn’t even have a ‘college yearbook’. The do publish a bound book on the occasion of the 25th reunion. I have no idea about the Law School.

I am also from Connecticut and have been thinking about how a group of us can file a lawsuit against SOMEONE. I would certainly hope that a Rep and a Senator would have the guts to stand up on January 8 and object if Obama gets the 270 electoral votes. We actually still don’t know for sure if he did. At first I believed the AP story put out the evening of the 15th, but now I’m wondering how they knew for sure. It’s a slim chance, but maybe he didn’t get the votes because of all the doubt out there.

I am also composing letters to Courtney, Dodd and Lieberman. I’ve called and sent emails already. These people are just parroting what they’ve come up with to rebut our facts without any facts of their own!

Right now it appears that we have a totally dysfunctional government at all levels. I read today that the We the People Foundation is going to have a convention in Philadelphia in February to discuss our out-of-control, unresponsive government. They will come up with a written plan and list of grievances to send to Congress. They will state that we will no longer lend this government our support. If millions of us sign on and refuse to pay taxes or whatever it takes, we can make them pay attention. That includes Usurper Obama.

Lawyers take an oath to uphold the Constitution, and many take it seriously.

Why do you feel to put the guy down for wanting to adhere to the US Constitution? You dont usually have the need to feel superior, I’ve read your posts. This one seems out of character for you.

That, sir, is the one reason I don't relegate this issue to the Tinfoil Hat Brigade file.

It is within Zero's power to release his booping birth certificate and end this matter. He doesn't. This may be because of pure arrogance rather than him having something to hide, but a reasonable person would find it suspicious. The issue at this point is not whether he becomes POTUS (he will, *sigh*), but rather a president-elect who's behaving like a criminal suspect.

Lucy, of possible interest to your list.

How are they ever gonna make an in-depth documentary about this guy—like the ones in the PBS American Presidents series? We have already been told that neither his pastor nor any of his past political associates had any influence on him. Now there’s a complete lock-down on all the significant records of his life.

Good post. It is not over yet, rocco55. See my About page.

Old Sarge, I’ll call you out, pal. You may have been a warrior at one time - and for that our nation thanks you. However, it appears from looking at your About page that you have thrown in the towel. Among other things, the leftists you refer to are not Americans.

Do you also have the three-way side-by-side of BHO Sr as well as the other possible father (Marshal?), and Malcolm X? I saw it once but can’t locate it...

***That sounds a bit... quizzical. Is that a rule of evidence? I’m hoping you can provide some sort of legal code or somethingorother to help us along with this so that I can feel more confident using that argument moving forward.
