What is the story behind this picture? [vanity]

I took the picture of this picture at Dave & Busters in Houston. It was in one of their banquet rooms along with many other stock, nostalgic pictures of New York.

Is this some kind of composite fake? Is she in a dirigible of some sort (unlikely)? Is she standing above a giant diorama? A scene from a movie?

If it's a total fake, it was totally out of place among the other pictures. I'm just curious if this picture has a story on the interwebs. My search attempts have been fruitless so far.

Any thoughts on this? Your help in determining the story that goes with this picture would be much appreciated.

This thought occurs to me.

What if she is posing in one of those photo studio settings. this could be like some mock-up that she’s on that could be a huge photograph behind her.

This would explain why the center of the town is so much brighter and a little more washed out than the rest of the city.

They would also br able to angle the lights for her shadow and the hand rail shadow to be close but not quite exactly the same as the building shadows.

But why all these busy elements in a picture that does nothing but create a distraction and discussion about things that don’t really matter???

uhhhhhhh, wait a second...

Maybe thats what Obama wants us to be doing...Kinda like a carry on discussion about how he needs people to doubt his “natural born” status and not consentrate on the big issues...And that he hasn’t talked to Blago in months about anything...And and, uhhhh...(pick a scandal)
