And her verdict on her former master: 'He was a charming man, someone who was only ever nice to me, a great boss to work for. You can say what you like, but he was a good man to us.'....

A photo taken at Rosa's sister's wedding, which Hitler attended

Rosa's remembrances of life at the court of the tyrant make gripping reading. She saw leading Nazis come and go. Himmler, the evil party secretary; Bormann, whom she described as a 'dirty pig'; and the club-footed, sexually-obsessed propaganda minister Goebbels.

Rosa went into Hitler's service at the age of 15 in 1932 when she was Rosa Krautenbacher. Her sister Anni had worked as a cook at Hitler's Berchtesgaden retreat since the late 1920s.

'She said he needed a housemaid and I would fit the bill,' Rosa recalled. 'I remember so clearly the first day I spoke to him in the kitchen. I said I was Anni's sister and that made him smile, because Anni was his favourite. I only ever knew Hitler as a kindly man who was good to me.'...

91-year-old Rosa Mitterer is the sole survivor of those who served Adolf Hitler in the years before the Second World War

I watched a couple shows on History Channel last night that were broadcast as a lead up to the release of the movie “Valkyrie” on Christmas day. The similarities between Hitler’s rise to power and what is happening in America today are “chilling” (a little liberal ‘RAT lingo there). A lot of people referred to Hitler as “the messiah.” It looks as though I’m going to have to make a rare visit to the theater on the day after Christmas.

That wedding photo gives me a full body shudder every time I see it. Grim-faced SS officers clutching the children sets a nice tone. I wonder who caught the bridal bouquet? Can you imagine having that obscenity in your family album down through the years? “And here's my great-grandma Anni's wedding picture with what's his name.”

Charming unless you weren’t German or showed any sign of possibly disagreeing with him. He went to the sister’s wedding? I’ll bet that was a happy, happy affair. /s Like having the wedding in a hungry, angry lion’s cage.

“You can say what you like...” Doesn’t sound as if she has much sympathy for the Jews or anyone else Hitler slaughtered.

Hitler was a vegetarian who legalized abortion (Pro-Choice), imposed strict gun control, was a member of a Socialist Party (the National Socialist German Workers Party), and was friends with homosexuals and gave them great power in his administration (see Ernest Rohm).

Sounds like a good Democrat to me.

The guy to the far right side of the picture looks a little like Shep Smith. In the black and white age of photos, they didn't need to wear makeup. lol

A friend of mine (I’m having lunch with my friend today) knows an elderly lady now called “Mary Jane” who was supposedly one of Hitler’s secretaries. This “Mary Jane” eventually married an American soldier and traveled to the US to live. She now lives in the Pacific Northwest.

Dime Store Prophets
Hitler’s Girlfriend lyrics

Someone left the window open,
Cold air is slowly creeping in.
I’m sitting watching TV sitcoms
Where everyone is happy in the end,
And I’m believe it,
Some say we can get by
Without the help of a friend,
And I’m lying here, I’m remotely controlled,
Strapped to an engine stuck in idle,
Don’t feel ‘cause I fear
Don’t love ‘cause I lost...
Don’t know, don’t want to know...
I’m not myself, til you are you,
(I want to bleed, bleed for you)
If I close my eyes, I’m killing you
I carry the weight of this safety net,
So I feel like Hitler’s girlfriend,
I’m blind to this and numb to that.
I know a girl who draws happy faces
On everything she writes.
She doesn’t fool me,
I’ve seen her bag of troubles-It’s not light.
Don’t you know I want to reach out, cry for her,
Carry the weight,
But something won’t let me leave the couch.
There’s a scream and a crash,
There’s a knife and a chain
And her head is full of spirits...
My foot is asleep.
I was sprawled out at the foot of my bed
With a rage of fire, going round in my head,
I said “Could this be the salt of the earth
In my tears?”
I am watching Miss Brown, some say she didn’t know,
Just took another Judas’ kiss now,
Well I’m not blaming you
Was there something you could do?
My coffee is cold...

Hitler's correspondence revealed: Love letters to a dictator

If this doesn't mimic the mental illness of the left in the US.....I don't know what does.
Btw---did women have the vote in Germany during Shecklegrubber's run? Wondering...since BlackBarry got 60% of the kool-aid drinking idol worshipping women vote.

I have read a book about Hitler that gave a strong case that he was infected with syphilis. Along with what we know about his doctor shooting him up with methamphetamine from 1942 onward it isn’t unexpected that his behavior was different back in the 1930’s.

Both Hitler and JFK shows that the public needs to know the health records of their leadership.

I recall a movie, I don’t know the name, in which the character who played the Devil (yes, the real Devil) was a handsome, charming man.

It is important for us to keep in mind that people who seek to acquire political power never look like monsters or act like monsters. In most cases, they appear to be the exact opposite: charming, witty, compassionate and above all charismatic. Monsters know how to move crowds. That is why I prefer my politicians “pedestrian.”

Ignoring Godwin’s law, it is instructive to study the rise to power of Hitler from the inside. Not from the people who hated him, but from the people who supported him, from the people who put him in power and believed in him. Only from this perspective can we develop an understanding that will prevent us from making the same mistake the Germans made in the 1930s.

Rosa, maybe you need to read another young girl's diaries from the same time frame.

She lived on the boot end of the edicts and policies your charming, "great boss" demanded.

Her name was Anne Frank...there were millions like her who didn't put it down on paper but suffered the same fates with their entire families.
