You mean “that is what makes Obama not a “natural born” citizen. Obama IS a citizen if he was born on US soil, ie Hawaii. He is NOT “natural born” because his father was not a US citizen and his mother, thought a citizen, did not meet the age requirement to transfer her citizenship. And Obama’s father being a British subject at the time of Obama’s birth makes Obama a British subject at birth.
I don't think whether they get it done is necessarily the goal...the goal is to have the topic of discussion be the validity of the Constitution as it is written for the next however many years to make an easier way for future changes. If they were able to do it now I'm sure that would just be a bonus for the patient "progressive" commies. Seriously, I don't think the party elites give a care at all which puppet they have in the oval office.

If Obama were born in Kenya, the Clintons having the resources to find proof would have done so. Those two do not take prisoners.
And if he were not born in Hawaii, Sarah Palin, being very intelligent would have discovered that fact and brought it to everyone’s attention during the campaign.

I ask you, what are the chances that for the first time in US history, not one, but <i>both</i> candidates for the major political parties have issues surrounding their status as a "natural born" citizen?
I see it as further evidence that elections in America are a farce decided well before any "votes" are taken.

That is what they use to ask the Supreme court to hear a case. If it is granted, then the court will review the case, if it is not granted, as in this instance, than the lower court’s ruling stands. The lower court threw the case out, so the case is effectively dead.
Agreed. The birth certificate is interesting, but only the tip of the iceberg. And Obama claimed he’d make government “transparent” ...
