Isn’t it amazing that supposedly intelligent people have not learned that Global warming and cooling are normal. Gore excluded .... since I don’t consider him very intelligent, I would expect him to buy a load of this BS.

Happy Monday, Meg.
Pansys are blooming here also.
In fact, I had zennias blooming yesterday.
I don't know whether it was cold enough last night to kill them.
Hubby was complaining because he didn't pick the rest of his peppers.
It was warm this morning, so they may have made it thru the night.
Have a Magnificent Monday.

Good afternoon, Billie.
I plan to Christmas the house next week.
Today and tomorrow, I plan to do some online shopping in addition to hitting a couple of stores. I dislike the crowds in the malls.
I’m sorry, do I sound like the Grinch? :^ )

Oh thank you for all those beautiful Christmas Carols. I am saving those I don’t already have. :) (Clay Aiken’s “Mary Did You Know” is one of my very favorite and I’ve played it over and over the past two or three Christmases!)

But the Nobel Prize, come on! It’s just one more farce that proves that we have met the idiocy and it’s not us!

Im sorry, do I sound like the Grinch? :^ ) LOL! If you do, then I must, too. I am ALMOST finished Christmas shopping, because I, too, hate the crowds in the mall - not to mention the crowded streets GOING TO THE MALL!
I still need about two more days to finish decorating here (and washing the Christmas china & crystal) I think I'm ready to sell the house and just move into the guest house (the Little House on the Prairie LOL) - only 3 rooms there!

Thank you SO much Billie! Your ornament is going to be printed and pasted on a sturdy backdrop and hung on my tree! It is adorable!

Excellent, LJ. ROFL. I'm reading Flags of Our Fathers now and believe me honey that is how it does down (except for Navy medics who are the equivalent of Marines). It was nothing less than tragic the way the Navy did not support the Iwo Jima invasion.
