It's worth passing along if you are so inclined.
I like fruitcake. This year, I enjoyed the Italian fruitcake, Panettone, more cake and less fruit, lol. Trader Joe’s is selling a yummy one.
Glad you’re feeling better, Amy. It is still freezing at night, but a little warmer during the day here.
Have fun doing laundry!!:)
Oh no, you have to wait another entire year:) I had a perfect Christmas. It seems to get better each year, realizing the Joy of His coming, and remembering/reliving all the details of how we celebrate the season.
The poem was in a little booklet of Christmas poems my friend gave me as "an extended Christmas card:)"
Happy Caturday!
I was tickled that we have a curled-up kitty figure in our Nativity scene at church....:o)
How neat, to hear about your beach walk. I’ve enjoyed all your Christmas posts. You worked so hard all year and earned a happy holiday!!!
God Bless You and the precious Vet that you helped.
Teeeheehee!:) sooooo adorable that I has presints pic & wording ping!:)
Cutie pie pic of Marissa!
I loathe fruitcake...who doesn’t,lol...But I love Your sweet gif find! Thanks!
Hi Dita! Nice hearing from you! I sure have missed a lot at Amy’s with all the Christmas doings, but it was nice. As your little poem says “Only at Christmas”....the greatest birthday is celebrated and everyone has so much love and joy to share with others. Glad your Christmas was wonderful...I certainly enjoyed mine, with the whole family here celebrating. Its always a bit sad when its all over and everyone has gone home. But we get used to it. LOL!
Jaycee got the ‘50’... woo hoo.
I missed being here for a couple of days also.
I read about another wedding in your family!!
Is your son still there? Yeah, why can’t folks stay a bit longer?:)
Johnn, what a wonderful story! I loved reading it and finding out how you helped out. Sometimes people just try not to notice those things they should notice and help with. I am so glad you did help out....what a wonderful thing you did do! You know the question “What would Jesus do?” In this instance you did what Jesus would have done. Absolutely! Bless you much for that.
((((So lovely the gif and the sentiment!! Same to You!))))
Hi Meg...80 degrees...wow! We are at 73 at present which is most unusual. I am thrilled with the sunshine but I can’t get too excited as I know winter is out there to waiting to show itself. One thing, just a few months away is ‘spring’.
I loved seeing two of your kitties, Meg! They are so cute...of course I’ve never seen a cat that wasn’t cute, have you?
Sorry, I kill flies. When the weather changes from summer to winter, one fly or two will get in the back door (I see them) I first try to get them back out the door when they fly back over there. Sometimes I’m succesful and sometimes not. If they don’t leave, they are in for trouble! LOL!
I Loooove that N E @ CHRISTmas time poem!
:) Hahtyhahhah(Bostinian accent laughter!!!)
LOL....you had three very funny ones in a row! Good for you,Lady J!
& Your reply is so, equally Sweet,Jaycee!
T Y a couple days after...:)
Well, I’m lucky, Dita. Both sons live just a short distance. But you know they have very busy lives with jobs, etc. One is divorced and lives alone but he has a lovely girlfriend. It just seems better at Christmas. Everyone relaxes and we all just have a lot of fun.
