Won’t happen.
He doesn’t have that authority. Constitutionally he does. Functionally he doesn’t. Been removed from Presidents after Ike, IIRC.
Is almost a moot issue . . . will be outted in some dramatic way in near future. How near remains to be seen. WWIII will be near, too. How near, remains to be seen.
Famine in the USA will be plenty near enough. How near remains to be seen.
