Just think in two years, we will be starting a new campaign for President, if its anything like Obama did when he started his campaign. They campaign for two years. Sometimes, I think we should let a President serve six full years and then step down for a new President for six years. Of course, we would choose the President. Is that a crazy idea?

I went to school today for a quarterly awards assembly.
Marissa received an award for reaching her reading achievement goal.

I had hoped to get back soon enough to visit for awhile, but .....
as usual, other things are calling.
Marissa, FriendAnn and I are meeting Jim and Sheila for a support our troops rally tonight.

On this Military Friday, let none of us forget our wonderful heroes that came to the call of this country during our country's darkest days and were willing to die for this country and did die. Lets also remember the burdens that President Bush had laid upon his shoulders. And let us never forget all those who lost their lives on that horrible day! And let us never forget ALL THOSE who have hated our wonderful President through these years, including the new President Elect. Am I a little bitter....yes, I sure am! God Bless America, the greatest country in the world.
