Biden didnt stick his foot in his mouth like I was hoping... No really big boners like I was expecting, but he misspoke a goodly number of times. He stumbled on his words way more often than she did, and the audience was expecting the opposite.
She won, by holding her own, while he looked rambling and pedantic.

Over the 90 minutes, she blossomed like a perfect rose. If this ticket will just get on stickin the Dems on Fannie/Freddie, the race can change very quickly in our favor. Than you Sarah for the CPR!

Sarah was competent and poised and looked like a leader in every way.
My bias could be affecting how I see her, but it seems that her honesty and sincerity contrasted very well with Biden’s lies and truth stretching. It was obvious that Biden was lying, by his forcefulness on points that didn't seem to justify it, unless he was putting up an act.
Sarah was like fresh air compared to a professional blowhard.
We don't want our politicians to live and breath lies and deceit. Both of these Dems are lying clowns who no rational person could possibly trust to deliver on their bloated promises.

I am a Tennessee Vol alumni. It was like watching a Tennessee football game...Started out early really rough, unsure, and scary. As the debate progressed I felt better about our success in the election with Sarah Palin. In the end, Governor Palin won the debate and I am celebratory drinking.....just like the the football game except in football this year I drink a lot after the game as a consolation.
IMO Palin won about 75% to Biden's 25%.

But it will be a failed 4 years. Many Americans will end up learning the hard way.

I agree, that would have been great.... but I did like how she got some jabs in, especially about Biden’s quote that it is patriotic to pay more taxes.... I got ecstatic when she said personal responsibility though... I have been saying for years that the problem with our country is that people demand more and more but refuse to take accountability for their own actions and instead blame everyone else first

Sorry, I was being a jerk. I’m hoping honest and real takes the day. I’ll take green over red any day.

I agree with you. She did wonderful!

She won on points, but she needed a KO. I don’t know if this is enough.

I had a flashback to 2000 when Cheney and Lieberman debated: The thought that we had the wrong guys on top of both tickets.
I also had the same thought I had after her convention speech: How can you not feel drawn to this person?
To: Mamzelle
I did the same thing! I just couldn’t watch. I did make another donation to the campaign, though. :)

Is it to late to SWITCH????Palin/McCain
LoL, with all the lies about her and all the "paratrooper opposition researchers" they have sent after her the only baggage she has been proven to have is John McCain.
