I just got a note from JC - she is having computer trouble and keeps getting shut down when she comes to Amy’s Place. After a long time on the phone with the Tech. Dept., her back is now suffering. (She gave me permission to post this.)
Hope ya feel better, real soon, gurl fren, and your ornery computer quits acting up!

I always liked both the song (Baby Elephant Walk) and the movie that it came from (Hatari). Hatari - June 19, 1962 - starring John Wayne - a bit of a departure from the Westerns he's usually associated with. :)
Here's another song from the "olden" days that I always liked: The Master's Call
I don't know that song, but clicked the link and listened to a little of it. I like Marty Robbins' voice. :)
Thanks for playing with us, fewz.

Well, if you’ve ever fallen off your horse in front of a herd of stampeding steers (figuratively speaking), that song means a lot more to you. I kinda feel like the Constitution is in front of a herd of stampeding socialist in this election. Hopefully it will get a miracle.

Hi, Dolly - am glad you had a good time at your reunion. Sorry you’re still in so much pain. :(

Hi, GeeBee - pretty pumpkin and autumn scene!
To: Lady Jag
A couple of times lately, when walking the dogs in the late afternoon, I’ve seen an owl perched in one of our trees, and it always surprises me - I love watching them though!
To: MEG33
Oh, my! Now THAT is chocolate! And love the gold sparkle-ly way you framed it!
