I am very very very slowly getting my energy back. I have to be very careful, however, on my “energy” days not to do too much because the day after (or two) shows a major setback. Last week I decided to double up on vitamins. That seems to help. I began tapering back this weekend and next weekend, if I’m still on the upswing, I’ll take a regular dose.
I began working on my second stained glass project. So far, I vastly improved over the first effort.
Along with a multiple vitamin, I find vitamin B-12 is helpful for a boost in energy.
