I started painting before I planned to sell. I thought it would sell better if it matched. The biggest advantage is that I don’t need to move so I can wait for the best deal.

That’s the best way to do it. I hope we don’t have to sell this house until lots of children have moved out!

"I hope we dont have to sell this house until lots of children have moved out!" I'm pretty sure that would make it more marketable.

(I think Obama understands "root hog, or die" as well as anyone. He's number two at the trough.)
To: NicknamedBob
I’m pretty sure it’s against the law to sell a house with kids in it.

That’s why some folks wait until the kids are in school to move away. TC can’t do that, since she homeschools! :o[

How could you pack up and move between 9 and 3, anyhow?
There would be some trace.

Call the FBI. They know how to move folks in a hurry.

Sure, but they’d only help if you are a criminal.
That excludes TC.

Wellyah...unless your life is endangered by the mob, or something.
That doesn’t fit TC either! LOL! I guess we’d better keep her.... ;o]

Sometimes I’m tempted to try that. I’d leave all the stuff and just take the credit card!

My life is endangered by the mob every day, although the main risk is that I’ll trip over them and break my neck.

Somehow, when I made the comment about the mob, I knew you could relate to it! LOL!

I most times forget the lipstick. But the credit cards work!

I have lipstick in my purse, but I could leave the car in the long-term parking with the ticket under the floor mat :-).
I have five children in their beds! I’m going to go sit in the living room in *silence* with my biography of Charles de Gaulle, and maybe I’ll go to bed before DP and his minions get home from Boy Scouts.

Now THAT sounds like a good evening!
Reading is good!
Have a glass of wine, too, and call some catz to help you relax.

I not found a good use for lipstick in my work. Over the year I have used nail polish, nail polish remover, alcohol 98%, cotton balls, q-tip, emery boards, downy fabric softener and those little squirt bottles.
