I was going to suggest coffee - or you could try Diet Coke!

Meeting starting, full cup of coffee (courtesy of hotel) before me. Skipped hotel breakfast, maybe today I'll even be hungry come lunchtime.

Later all...

They do sell Diet Coke and even (gasp - this is Atlanta?!) Diet Pepsi if I get desperate...

Good luck! I need to go practice music for Mass. We got lazy because we had a guest performer last week!

"We got lazy because we had a guest performer last week!"

I don't have that as a reason. I got lazy because of my innate desire and ambition to invent things.

I look at all the work that needs to be done and I think, now what's the easiest way to get this done?

My wife has the answer already. She thinks I should do it.

I couldn’t figure an easy way to do it, so I’m having to do it myself.

Unfortunately, I’m really slow.

I went to a restaurant to meet my parents for a piece of Pie. I take my caffeine chilled so I had a Pepsi. I sneaked in with out my shoes on, just socks on my feet. Sometimes I can be a real nonconformist. I did wear my shirt. If you are interested I had a banana cream with my Pepsi. My mom had Pecan with coffee and my dad had coffee water and coconut cream. We didn’t get any change it was all left for a tip plus a little more. Those of you who read this even though you were not interested I warned you and it is your know stupid fault if I bored you. I am also recovering from post posting withdraw disorder this afternoon. My pastor is also a college professor and it is noticeable in his sermons. He tends to take a full hour like he dose while teaching and will make all his topic points several times. I think this is so if someone falls asleep they will still hear all the points. He is also very adamant about everybody seeing the scripture in a Bible when he reads verses. He wants everybody to know what he says is in their Bibles too. Maybe I should have using some paragraphs but if I went back and added them I would also need to erase this sentence. Now if your are still reading this after the two warnings and are bored and still feel compelled to read further I suggest you try this thread. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-backroom/1306051/posts

Yes, I read the whole thing :-). It’s nice that you got to see your parents. My husband is going to Florida next weekend to work on my mom’s computer again, so he’ll get to see my parents.

I’m drinking coffee from my John McCain cup. McCain-Palin stickers are spreading through my neighborhood. I’m obviously not the only one who got my order in quickly!

Good morning everyone.

Please excuse me if I don't put on my happy face. There's too much to do today, and I'm hampered by a bad back. Take care, everybody.

Good luck! We have a cold. (That’s me, Bill, Tom, Elen, Pat, and Vlad, not just me and my tapeworm.)

Good Morning Sir :)

Sorry your back hurts. You certainly have fixed a fine looking plate of pancakes this morning.

Saw an interesting sign in one of our local fast food restaurants. It went like this: “Terrorist acts can shake the foundation of our biggest building, but cannot touch the foundation of America.”

Morning, all.
I wasn’t feeling too great yesterday, so I just lurked. When I felt like posting, FR was down, so I went to bed and read.

Today is supposed to be 99, but by next week, we should be in the 80’s for days, and the low 60’s for nights. Blanket time!

How is everyone this morning?
