Would be a nice area to visit. It would be relaxing with the sounds of the ocean.

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.
See what day of the week you were born

The sounds of the ocean? You don't have to go on vacation for that.
Just pick up any old seashell and relax in the comfort of your own backyard..

Just pick up any old seashell and relax in the comfort of your own backyard.Yeah, but to pick up an old seashell you must go to the ocean first. What to do?

Darn It!!!
I tried to listen to Harbor Lights and it said video no longer available.
I haven’t heard that song for ages; I used to love it and at one time knew all of the lyrics.

they are an awesome team. Well, thank you, fewz. I love contributing, but the truth is, our exceptional hostess and coordinator, Amy, and her merry band of talented poets have the toughest jobs. I just play around in Photoshop until I end up with something I like, then I send it to Amy and she takes it from there. ;-)
To: OESY
Great poetry and funny video, Oesy.
Thank you.

Harbor Lights
I saw the harbor lights
They only told me we were parting
The same old harbor lights that once brought you to me
I watched the harbor lights
How could I help if tears were starting
Goodbye to tender nights beside the silv’ry sea
I long to hold you near and kiss you just once more
But you were on the ship and I was on the shore
Now I know lonely nights
For all the while my heart is whisp’ring
Some other harbor lights will steal your love from me
I long to hold you near and kiss you just once more
But you were on the ship and I was on the shore
Now I know lonely nights
For all the while my heart is whisp’ring
Some other harbor lights will steal your love from me

Also, I have it on definite authority that:
Sally in Salinas sells seashells by the seashore.
The shells Sally sells are surely from the sea.
