Dressed up to the nines and wearing plenty of make-up, Madonna still manages to look pretty sensational for a woman rapidly approaching her half century.
But bare-faced and in short sleeves, she reveals some of the gruelling health and beauty regime behind the glamour.
Madonna, seen holding hands with her daughter Lourdes as they left a Kabbalah centre in New York, wore a T-shirt which exposed the veins standing out on arms subjected to endless workouts.

There are lots of beautiful women past 50 (Dana Delany, Linda Carter, and Mel Harris come to mind) but Madonna is not and will never be one of them.
In her fifties she is starting to look like Mae West when she was an octogenarian.

The Sox line up looked good tonight. The Sox dodged a major mistake in not trading for Santana. Lester is really going to be a good pitcher for a long time for a fraction of the money Santana is getting. I still think that they would be better off trading Manny for something but I suspect they will stick with him through the season. This series was decided by a one run game. The race is on but I will have to admit that the Yankees are better in the pen whicgh is going to make a huge difference.
