I can't post any of the pictures that I want to, but they're remarkable.
13 June 2008: Strong Activity at the Fissure in Valle del Bove
Here's another site from Volcano Discovery on the May 2008 eruptions that's similar.
From: Etna eruption May 2008
Here's a couple of context images. The first shows where the Valle del Bove is. The second is from space, and the Valle del Bove is the broad dark-brown area to the right (east) of the summit craters.
TOPICS: Arts/Photography; Education; Science; Travel
KEYWORDS: etna; italy; sicily; volcano
This would be a nice tour; relatively safe, different than the Hawaiian flow-and-pour lava activity (of course, lava fountains in Hawaii would be great to see, but they haven't happened for quite awhile).

How’d you do that? Usually I can figure out the URL for the pics, but in this case I couldn’t. Thanks for the help (and good choice, by the way).

If you have IE right click on the pic and copy the location of the file from the properties window. If you have Mozilla or Firefox right click the pic and select “copy image location”.

Wait, I see two Hobbits on that rock in the foreground! Send in the eagles! Now that's a great comment. I didn't think of that.
Mother Nature is still better at special effects than CGI.
