As best I understand it, if Obama was born in Kenya to a Kenyan father and an American mother, he WOULD definitely NOT be a natural born citizen of the U.S. and therefore not eligible to be POTUS.

There’s only one real reason to keep his birth certificate hidden.

His name doesn’t really matter with most people

His religion isn’t a concern even if he was once a Muslim since he’s converted to Chrisitianity(or some weird, bastardized version of it)

There are only two possible things that have any real impact on his candidacy,

(1)his place of birth

(2)whether or not he even has a U.S. birth certificate

Well we know his dad was already married to a woman in Kenya making his marriage illegal. I've also wondered about the possibility of his name on the Birth Cert if he was born in HI.

Things I have wondered are

1) Actual Name at birth

2) Does it state that his Father was Arab

As I understand it, Hawaii is a state, was a territory, and if Obamalamadingdong isn’t a citizen, then what about all the rest of the population of Hawaii living at that time up to the present? Are they to be denied citizenship just so we can stretch to exclude BHO? I don’t like Obamalamadingdong one bit, but he can be defeated normally, not by nit-pickery. Trying to do that is a waste of time. He needs to be hammered on inexperience, cluelessness, lack of substance,friends, associates, and so on.

That is the problem, you don't understand it. Your conclusion is wrong. 100% wrong. Do you even read your own thread?

Sec. 301. [8 U.S.C. 1401] The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:

(d) a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the birth of such person, and the other of whom is a national, but not a citizen of the United States;

Even if Obama was born outside the U.S., this clause makes him a natural born citizen. Note that it's clause (d) which is before clause (g) which has the age requirements.

But it is irrelevent because he wasn't born in Kenya. You can't just make crap up!
