Hmmm ... the recipe looks interesting. I kept looking for the flour.

I need to buy Splenda in a larger container ... I don’t think I have enough little packages.

So cute, Amy! I didn’t know what day we were celebrating today. I couldn’t get on F. R. all morning and had a hair appointment this afternoon. I blamed all the trouble this morning on my computer, then I heard F. R. was having trouble. My computer still sucks...LOL~~~

There was a sweet little lady at the place I get my hair done and she was giving everyone Brownies. I had never seen her before and she asked me if I would like one. Why yes I did!
They were made in those little paper liners in a muffin pan. Talk about delicious....in the center was hidden a small peanut butter cup! I nearly swallowed my tongue!~~ They were the best I’ve ever had!

Maybe I will try a surprise the next time I make brownies. Don’t know if I’ll want to bake anything until October.

I think I’m going to get a small toaster oven so I won’t have to use the oven very often this summer. I should be able to cook using a toaster oven, the crockpot and the microwave.

My Electric bill is going to go through the roof during July and August.

Awe...dolly and amy...you two are so sweet! Will do this as a group update but thanks for the cute ping. So glad for the great success of Amy's Place Amy. I'm not deliberately staying away....just VERY busy adjusting to life without dad, Rusty, taking over the Michigan cottage plus work on top of that. Dad was still with us this time last year...loved sitting out in the patio with us with Rusty trying to terrorize the squirrels...(the squirrels clearly won LOL) it's kind of a bittersweet time. Plus the cottage was mom and dad's dream place...we've been up there twice and it's so wierd thinking of making it our own.

Giz is being a real trooper. He's stone cold deaf...but still is as cute as a button.

Any way...((((hugs)))) all around. Will try to stop in more often.
