I had a fun time. Joseph enjoyed seeing Southern Miss, and is already registered for all his Fall Classes. I got to visit with my sister-in-law, Diane, in H'burg, and her two sons and their families, and with two of my elderly Aunts.

I drove Joseph back to New Orleans, and visited with my niece, Natalie, and her family for a bit, then drove on over to the MS Gulf Coast. I had fun with my sister and my cousins at our reunion, won $70 at the Hard Rock Casino, then promptly spent most of it at the Rock Shop. ;o) I even visited with my older brother Mike, and his wife Pat. They've bought a house right down the street from my younger sister!

I had lunch with SirKit's brother George yesterday, then drove back over to my niece's house in New Orleans last night. When I pulled up, my older sister and brother in law,(Nat's parents) were there, having just returned from a trip with their 13 yr. old grandaughter (Nat's 2nd oldest) and then Nat's younger brother, Darren, dropped by! So I was able to pack a LOT of visiting into last week's trip!

Wow, that sounds like a great trip! Bet you’re glad to be home now though.

I’m typing this on my new iPod. Great little device. Even if I did have to crack it to let me put the files and programs I really wanted on it. I added an ebook reader, a text editor, and A couple toys like that to it and it’s Awesome.
