Sheesh...no, I didn’t hear!
Some of the folks I worked with lived in Windsor. Hope all are OK...
Well apparently it went just south of Fort Collins. Windsor, which got hit, is basically the south end of Fort Collins. It starts turning into farms but there’s also a lot of new developments, condos, that sort of thing.
Greeley, which is thirty minutes or so east, got hit too.
They said it was a mile-wide tornado. Some of the pictures looked it. The hail was golf ball sized.

The Rotring fountain pen I have would probably make a good weapon in a pinch. The nib is...not exactly flexible or delicate. But it’s not as sharp as the Pilot VP retractable. That one bit Talon when he visited. It’s quite pointy in parts.
I like the Benchmade, though...

I baked some Tilapia this evening and made some Mango Relish to go along with it. Man oh man was it tasty! SirKit really enjoyed it. I though I was gonna have a lot of relish left over, cause I made a couple of cups, but he ate most of it.
I could have used some of the relish. We went out to dinner and both ordered the Carribean Chicken. But they were out of the fresh pineapple/mango salsa.
HEADS UP! If you want to see the International Space Station go over, it will be bright and almost overhead us on Saturday night. The track starts about 8:41pm in the Southwest sky, and goes overhead toward the Northeast. We just saw it go over a few minutes ago. It was very bright low in the Northwest, heading North. We didn’t stay too long out there, though, cause it’s COLD!
I found a recipe that has papaya as well as mango that sounds delish. Another recipe has you grill the mango before dicing it into a relish. Mmmm.
