I could have used some of the relish. We went out to dinner and both ordered the Carribean Chicken. But they were out of the fresh pineapple/mango salsa.
I found a recipe that has papaya as well as mango that sounds delish. Another recipe has you grill the mango before dicing it into a relish. Mmmm.
Alas, I don’t cook much any more. I’m never home. Buy stock in Bertolli, though.
