I was unable to watch last night, because I was at a K of C event, but I just watched the replay.
Wow.
That was ugly.
If only Hamlin hadn't kept driving on that flat tire, though, it would never have happened.

“Jr drives respectable? I disagree. He does his share of taking other cars out. Mark Martin drives respectable.”
Very true. Unfortunately, driving conservatively is exactly why Mark Martin has never won a championship. You gotta hang it out if you want the win. BOTH Jr. and K. Busch were doing exactly that.

The same was said about The Man through his career, and especially after he wrecked LaBonte at Bristol... some still hate Sr for that.Post race interview (by memory)
Sr: "I didn't mean to wreck him, just rattle his cage."
Terry: "He never means to wreck anyone."
And that's the way it was, probably before Shrub was old enough to ride a bigwheel.

Oh stop the tears Gork! Does this mean the Third Annual Gork, Nork and Tork Pacific Coast Shoot Out and Beer Bust is history? You and Nork will have to work out the details as I’m headed to Church to Pray for you and any other Heathens on this board...

Nor does the puny punk have 1/10 the class that Dale Jr exhibits win or lose.Plus he is "freaky" looking. I can't even stand to look at him. Especially after last night's race!
What an idiot on wheels!

FWIW, after looking at it some more, I don’t think any of it was intentional; I think Hamlin was trying to stretch out his tire to finish in as good a position as possible, and it just didn’t last. On Shrub’s part, this is nothing new. He just pulled a hot dog move, as he often does. He overdrives his car, and wrecks, or wrecks somebody else. Sometimes it works out for him; sometimes it doesn’t.

Yes the same thing at Texas.
The hole gets deeper for shrub.

“I didn’t feel like I slipped, but I mean, we just kind of banged simultaneously, and then that’s when I got loose and got corrected and he was gone.”

If Kyle didn’t “feel like (he) slipped” then why did he turn right? His next quote, “we just kind of banged simultaneously”, well yeah Pee Wee that’s because you turned up into Jr. He knows exactly what he did, he gives himself away right here in his own words, I can’t stand the arrogant punk of a wanna be man.

He's made a lot of enemies in the truck series and the Nationwide series as well as Cup for racing like a moron who can't control his car and at times wrecks people using the “loose” excuse.
Some folks here think the Busch brothers get bashed which is absolutely true and well deserved. Drivers who race with disregard to others equipment and safety and throw caution to the wind just to gain a spot and/or win the race should be bashed. The elder Busch seems to have gotten the message and now drives with respect and gets the same in return. I'm sure Roger Penske had something to do with that. Joe Gibbs needs to have a sit down with his little fledgling punk and teach him what being a respectful driver and man are all about since his parents obviously forgot to do that.
Of course if the tables were turned last night and Jr wrecked the punk all hell would have broken loose. He would have been at Jr's car with his ugly little face in the window like he did with Steven Wallace who is now a hero for grabbing his helmet scaring the crap out of little peewee. :D
Now, let me get busy and start my 3 hours of work putting next weeks thread together.

I'm back after a grueling day at Church. It was a great service with Bishop Mullens and Pastor Groe sharing the lectern and then the Blessing of the new FRiendship Hall PLUS the Blessing of the new Stained Glass windows and our beautiful gardens maintained by some of the Faithful. Where things bogged down was when I asked him to pray for heathens of Nascar and it turned out the list of FReepers on that list went on and on and on. The Fire and Brimstone was aimed directly at the beer swilling, make believe Master Grillers and especially the “My BBQ” has been arunning since Smokin Moses was a teenager types...

I was starting to worry there for a minute before I got the to
make believe master grillers and that let me off the hook.
Glad it's all formally blessed now, I know you put in a lot effort.

A FReeper Reform Hall. 8-? Oh my did you step in it with that remark! AA meets there 5 days a week during the lunch hour and it was darn embarrassing when I walked in one day and most of of them said Hi Tork...
