My cooking skills have declined with time; I’m trying to improve though. I tend to make simple things, like salads and soups. I don’t do much baking or main dishes. However, I do make a good meatloaf, mmmm. I prefer ground turkey for that:). High protein, low fat.

I like Rib-eye just fine. I used it a lot to make shish-ke-bobs (or however you spell it).
Now you’ve made me hungry for meatloaf. I don’t make it anymore unless for my family and that doesn’t happen too often! Everyone is so busy all the time!
Gosh, don’t get me wrong. I love Jelly Beans but since I have to keep a check on my sugar, they can really run it up! I have some Jelly Belly’s in a little dish right now and its killing me not to eat them all!

Amy, I got the cutest, daring Powerpoint from a girlfriend today and I can’t figure out how to postthe link or send by Private Message. When I want to send to a friend I can either forward or highlight it and copy and paste. I tried to copy and paste to an private message to Dita and I could not get it to work. It made my back hurt after tryingso long. How do I do that? Its just for us girls.....really cute!
And if you noticed in that last post, I couldn’t type very well either and I am not drinking! LOL~~
