Dandelion Tips

Ode To The Dandelions
(or Why I Shouldn't Cut The Grass) The sun shines high: the rain's gone by.
It's Dandelion Day.
From fertile spawn my plush green lawn
Is mottled yellow spray.
The neighbors’ round, all cutting down
Their blades and flowers gay -
Now green they've got, a common lot,
While mine’s in vast array.
Why should I mow these lovelies low,
Defying Sunshine's ray?
To bring them down the sun might frown,
And turn blue sky to gray.
I'll let their seeds fallow new weeds
And mow another day.
Resplay they should, the neighborhood.
The Dandelions stay.

Good afternoon, Kitty Mittens.
Hope you are enjoying Dandelion Day!
The only time I like dandelions is when they are in a field.
They are almost impossible in a lawn.
So far, they haven't invaded us.

LOL .... How about some Buttercups?
I hate dandelions too.
So far they have not invaded our lawn.
We planted tall fescue about 5 years ago and have very little trouble with weeds.
Happy Dandelion Buttercup Day!!

I posted this on the Missoui locale, but thought someone here may be able to help me as well. Thank you.
I need help with a personal situation. My elderly father has gotten involved with a younger woman. We do not know if he has put his vehicles in her name. We do not have access to the titles, they are at her house. The personal property taxes are in both their names, which makes me think she is on the titles too. I have a poa. Can anyone tell me how I can find out if she is also on the title to his vehicles, and exactly what personal property he has in his name?
Thank you for your help.

Hi PAL.
I wish that I had an answer for you. I hope someone can help. This may end up in the courts as it appears she has taken advantage of your father’s age.
Good luck ... I’ll keep you in my prayers.

How I wish I could say we don't have a dandelion problem. I probably should get Chemlawn service started again, but as pretty as our lawn was in the 3 years we used them, hubby and I both decided they were costing way more than it 'seemed' the result was worth - they were coming about every two months and it only took them about 10 minutes for about $40. I sorta started resenting it! Won't give up the yard guy that mows, edges, etc. though! HE is worth it! LOL
Buttercups are pretty!
OESY, cute dandelion posts!

Thank you Amy, prayer goes a long way.
It’s time for me to go home, I will check back on Monday.
I hope you have a great weekend!
