DC released an indy album on Amazon in 2006. I bought it the weekend before it got yanked down (by the Idol producers). It is great.

He is absolutely stone cold monotonous. Does the same thing time and time again. He may or may not be a nice young guy, but he sucks big time as a performer. Of course, that's just my opinion. My opinion too :) You're absolutely right.

I think the “folks” saw through the heavy pimping for Archuleta and it backfired on them.
If Dial Idol’s numbers are correct, it looks like Cook is pulling ahead.
Tons of busy signals for Cook but you can get right through for Archuleta.

I thought he was great. Monchichi won the first round, but I thought Cook owned the rest of the show. Same here. David A was sounding better than he has but I thought David C put it all out there on song 3.
As far as the judges go I don't know what Randy is hearing with David A but he must be wearing some special Monchichi colored glasses that lets him hear things we can't. Paula she was well in a special place Paula World, and Simon was trying to hard to be Mr. Professional. And those that were saying that Simon wanted David C to win and would praise him no matter what must be at a "All you can eat Crow Bar" right now. LOL
All in all it was a good show. Hope the results show lives up to the hype.
