I’m the opposite :) I don’t think I’ve ever been bitten by a spider. But Mosquitoes love me :-/

I hear this a lot in the summer, “Can we go inside, please? I’m getting eaten alive!”

Okay, now I’m really going to bed. ‘Nite all!

You’re welcome. The video is linked in post 8817. You can see Simon for yourself.

I may have nightmares tonight.

My sister told me she called him David Enchilada...I said—well, last week to me she said David Insalata.

That's funny! My 6 yo son calls him David Archulettuce.

Cook for American Idol, and anybody but Hildabeast, Hussein Obama or McLame for President.

I love the irony of them playing Aerosmith’s “Dream On” for David Cook’s video but when Michael Johns sang it it was not inspirational enough song for Randy, Paula, and Simon. LOL

From the look on Simon's face I doubt very much that Simon had a Virtuoso Boner after that performance. (I was watching Top Chef last week and one of the contestants said that the Elimination Challenge gave him a Culinary Boner LOL)

I liked the segment on David C - very nice.

Thanks to Earthlink, the elimination was spoiled for us on the West Coast - it was the headline when I logged onto my webmail.

Thanks, guys

Monchichi’s version of heaven has him as Liberace, apparently.

That was so hilarious we had to play it back a few times at our house!! Simon could not hide his utter shock. I had just finished saying “Simon can NOT be liking this” when they showed his face.

Priceless.

Thanks for capturing it.

Congratulations on your twins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What terrific news! Our twins (boy/boy) were born last year and they are the biggest blessing I have ever known. (And I’m not really the type of person to go around blabbing about “blessings” willy-nilly!) Twins are definitely more work in the beginning, but wait until they start to notice each other — they really do keep each other a lot of company. (Which is good, because Mom needs her naps! LOL!) Keep your chin up! It may all feel a little crazy now, but once you get into the swing of things, twins are great!

David vs. David is what I expected, too. I want AI to force each of them to sing “We’re Brothers Forever” in the finale, wearing the appropriate costume. Now that would be entertainment.

Like a cool summer evening without any mosquitoes :)

No gnats either. Very enjoyable. :)

Did I tell you about when I saw the train with all the tanks on it? It was so cool! I don’t know where they were coming from or going to, but it was this very long train with nothing but tanks on it.

During the 80's I worked at a place that did sub contracted government work. I used to make wire harnesses for the M1 tank. I also worked on a smallish missile, wired bomb racks, and worked on test control panels for submarines.

One of the few times where I actually 'liked' my job. Unfortunately the place was flakey and minimum wage sucked.

I am one of those people who does not get bit by mosquitoes, but spiders think I am an Old Country Buffet.

Do you take vitamins? They tend to not people that take B vitamins. They never bothered me much either, but they feasted on my sister, and she would get large bites that looked like she had been stung by a bee.
