It really is a sucky song....and the backup singers didn’t help.....she should have gone with her 1st choice.

I didn’t care for Carly last night or tonight. She was shouty and screechy. I was in the minority on the board.You're right, RK. Carly wasn't as bad as Jason and Brooke, but she was pretty awful in her own right. Twice she completely got off the timing, beat and melody of the song. The backup singers were on melody and timing, and Carly was off in her own world. That's when she sounded most screechy.
