Monchichi needs to either get glasses, or have his contact lenses checked..my god, the kid squints as if he is in the direct path of a laser beam! OR...........he has beady eyes as a result of genetics from his Stage Momma DADDY..
To: retrokitten; Anitius Severinus Boethius
Like ‘em or not, Monch is very talented. I didn’t think that was his best like the judges said.
It must sound different in person.

David Archuleta
Says he had a hard time choosing a song this week. There are just so many message tunes to beat us over the head with.
He finally settles on "Angels".
He performs this alone on stage while playing the piano. He works his monchichi magic with it.
Randy: Amazing song. That's the David Archuleta dude that I love. Blazing, blazing hot. Loved it!
(some tween girls in the audience cheer)
Paula: That sums it up for me. Fantastic!
Simon: Best song choice of the night so far. I'm not going to say it was one of your best vocals. A bit nasally. But you're going to sail through the next round.

Perfect for her on the piano. Carole King “Tapestry” album is my absolute favorite of all times. Or did we already discuss that?

ITA. Every time he gets up in front of the judges he gets that goofy Alfred E. Neuman face, like he’s running for class president or selling candy bars outside the grocery store.

They don’t seem to realize we watch this show as an escape from our crappy lives, not to be reminded of other people’s crappy lives.
