VOTER FRAUD IN L.A. COUNTY!!!!!
02/05/08 | Sonserae

Posted on 02/05/2008 6:07:55 PM PST by sonserae

My husband and I are registered Republican but he noticed that his sample ballot had DEM on it instead. I arrived at the polling place and voted and didn't say anything but heard the polling volunteers saying that "This has happened quite a bit this morning. People who have registered as Republican are marked as Democrats on their paperwork"....and obviously can't vote for their party!!! I was livid and called the Republican Headquarters in Arcadia to tell them about it. They said they received quite a few calls this morning saying that there were a number of people registered Republican that were marked as Democrat in the paperwork.

Then, just a few minutes ago, my co-worker just went to vote as a Republican (in Santa Clarita) which she has been all her life and they have her down for a Democrat and that the only choice she has was to vote Democrat. This has got to come to the attention of the media!!! Two out of the three people I share an office with had this happen to them and the other one is a Democrat. They told me to call Mike Antonovich to complain.

If this has happened to you or someone you know, call Mike Antonovich's office at 213-974-5555. Call your local radio stations as well!!! This is total fraud!!

I find it ironic that we are fighting in Iraq for freedom when all our freedoms are being taken away. Disgusting.

Voter fraud is common. Try to contact the media and authorities and at least let them know.

When I got to my polling place, someone had already signed in my spot.

I think it was just an honest mistake. They always seem to get the person most closely resembling a mad cow disease victim to manage the signature list, but still.

It was the first time that happened to me.

I think we understand what it’s like to live in a banana republic now. None of our votes mattered. Romney wins a majority in W. Va. and has no delegates from it. How does that make any sense? Representative republic? Pfft

I sense a bit of unproductive anger and needless hysteria since any Californian can vote a provisional ballot until the irregularity is resolved to the satisfaction of the county elections commissioner. Your friend still has time to return to her polling place to vote a provisional ballot.

We live in a banana republic ... except without bananas ... and without a Republic.

I think that there may be a tagline in there. “A Banana Republic, without the Bananas, or the Republic” I may steal that from you, my friend.

She tried to get a provisional ballot and they wouldn’t let her. They told her she either had to vote Democrat or not at all.
