Graduated as a meteorologist and had my first born two months later.

We used to live in a welfare town and saw generations of families on welfare. We were there long enough to watch kids grow up and end up on welfare just like their parents, and grandparents, and aunts, and uncles, and.....

No effort at all to break the cycle.

How sad to see those folks wasting their God-given talents. I’ve often thought about your tagline when I see run-down areas of towns, or especially housing projects.

I grew up in a mixed welfare & working class area. One neighborhood mom said to my mom that she couldn’t understand why her son was not automatically enrolled for his own welfare when he turned 18.

Sigh...
