Cancer of the uterus. They will do a full historectomy (sp?). Once they are in there they will see if it has spread any where else. Then chemo.
We are a family of strong faith and praying that it see us through.

My prayers are with your mom, you and your family. I lost my mom last year to pancreatic cancer - it’s a scary time but hopefully they caught it in time. Unfortunately, there is no cure for the type of cancer my mom had.

twin2....my mom went through the same thing 6 years ago when she was 78. The cancer hadn’t spread. Hystorectomy by no chemo needed. She did fine and is still going strong. You and your mom will be in my prayers...

I know she's really Irish, but that Josiah kid has made me suspicious of all accents.

thanks for your uplifting story, my mom is 71 and I am afraid this surgery may be a lot on her. I am glad to hear your mom did so well.
