unfortunately no. one of my friends found a guy that makes homemade seasonings and one of them is this chipotle rub/ seasoning that is out of this world. that mixed with some worchestershire suace makes an awesome burger.
the only problem is that seasoning is hard to get. the guy who makes them lives about 2 hours away from me and i don’t think he has a web site.

Well, I can figure out a Chipotle rub, no problem. I make my own spice blends all the time. I’d use:

Oregano
Dried Chipotle powder
Dried Garlic
Dried Onion Flakes
Kosher salt

I would use equal amounts of each, but less of the Chipotle powder. I’d blend that together and let it sit for a few days, mix that dry mix with venison burger and grill.

To make a paste for grilling on steaks or chicken, I’d then drizzle the mix with corn oil to make a “paste” and then use it.
