My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Yup, I think the Lady is gonna be swamped!
The snow has begun again here, it is so light and fine it is hard to see, but it is there and coming straight down. The high winds have stopped for now-at least here.

We're up to 15" of snow and it's begun to drizzle freezing rain.
I'd show you another photo of the pond but the windows are wet and the window I took the photo from doesn't open.
I'll get a pic of the deck and feeders when the birds come back.

Whoa, drizzling rain, ain’t good. I think that in parts of NY that has been the case, too.
Oh good on the bird pictures. YAY!!
Stay safe and warm. Hope and pray no ones power takes a dump.

Love it! I don’t have the lovely snow scene ...
My kitty makes chirping noises at times and even a little barking sound when new or many birds arrive ..She would really miss the raccoons.,too.
.She had a yowling hit the glass fight with a strange new
yellow cat yesterday..LOL

Squirrels like to tease my cats and they sometimes fight with the glass between them.
The squirrels laugh and the cats get excited then hungry.

My squirrels don’t bother with Silky..They just focus on the food.

Front row seat for me, too. I didn’t get off this chair to take the photo or I’d have spooked the birds.

Can you see how deep the snow is in that photo?
You can see it piled up on the roof.
In front of the cat there are three leaves in the snow. The leaf on the right is teetering on the edge. The cat has to look over the snow to see the birds

No..LOL I used to feed the squirrels near my desktop sliding door and they would peek in on occasion..but soon they ignored me and Silky and got to the main event..eating.
I mostly freep on my laptop now in my bedroom..My back feels better when I am not sitting in a chair . I forgot that the sun comes into my room this time of year... a plus! I am enjoying this rare day of blue skies..
Silky just took off in a dead run to the guest room..She is chasing after some unknown enemy..room to room..door to door!

Thursday’s session I missed because of the storm - I’m still going to PT for my back. They worked wonders right off the bat but progress has slowed as we get closer to the root of the problem. Still, I’m very happy with it.
