I think he’s probably having a better time, nice as it is here today. (In a 50-ish and cloudy sorta way ...)

The Costa Rican kids from up the street just showed up looking to borrow a bicycle pump; I guess one of them got a bicycle for Christmas!

We've got low 50's, calm, and just as clear as a bell. Though we've had warmer Christmas Days in the past, this one's about as nice as they get in the S.F. Bay Area.

We decided to try the Twelve Days of Christmas, this year as an experiment in toning down the typical one-hour blizzard of shredded wrapping paper. If it works, the kids will get more out of the Season, and appreciate each of their gifts more.

We'll see, I guess.
